Abstract

This is a review-article of a collection of essays written by monetary circuit theorists in honour of Augusto Graziani, edited in 2005 by G. Fontana and R. Realfonzo with the title "The Monetary Theory of Production: Tradition and Perspectives", for Palgrave Macmillan.
