2013 Budget Initiatives to SMEs and Entrepreneurship in Sri Lanka
AbstractThis paper provides facts pertaining to Entrepreneurship in Sri Lanka and existing constraints on entrepreneurial initiatives. Perhaps most notably the author trying to suggest that inventions & innovations happen in Sri Lanka and absolutely it requires a certain support to proliferate entrepreneur’s business ideas from authoritative bodies. Finally, the author postulates recent budget proposals to enhance SME performances in Sri Lanka.
