Prof. Luigi Campiglio (Università Cattolica - Milano) has endorsed a test, entitled Prima le donne e i bambini (First the women and children), which reflects the importance of women and children for the entire society. Meeting this test requires that under-age children be able to exercise political weight, which can only be accomplished by allowing them to vote.
