L’appropriation psychologique collective d’un collecticiel: impact sur le fonctionnement interne et l’efficacité des équipes de projet

Abstract

L’objectif de cette recherche est d’introduire le concept d’appropriation psychologique collective (psychological collective ownership), dans l’étude des déterminants du fonctionnement interne et de l’efficacité des équipes de travail qui utilisent les NTIC pour supporter la réalisation de leur projet. Les résultats montrent qu’un environnement virtuel de travail peut être la cible d’une appropriation psychologique (psychological ownership); que cette appropriation se distingue d’une autre forme d’appropriation, soit de l’accord sur l’usage (consensus on use); et que chacune d’elles est liée au fonctionnement interne et à l’efficacité des équipes de travail. À cet égard, le fonctionnement interne médiatise effectivement la relation entre ces deux formes d’appropriation et l’efficacité au sein de l’équipe.
