Abstract

Le collège de Torcy se trouve dans la ville nouvelle de Marne la Vallée, en banlieue parisienne, pris entre l’autoroute et un site de campagne sans intérêt particulier. Le site domine un petit plan d’eau à la limite de la ville. Une attention particulière a été accordée au contexte géographique et à l’environnement dans ses diverses dimensions, de l’intégration du bâtiment au paysage à la conception des espaces intérieurs de l’établissement. Ce souci de l’environnement s’accompagne d’une attention particulière portée à la qualité de la mise en œuvre et au souci de la finition.
