Abstract

Si certains établissements scolaires sud-africains disposent d’excellentes infrastructures, d’autres manquent de services essentiels tels que l’eau courante et les installations sanitaires. Le projet de système d’indicateurs de performance des infrastructures scolaires (SIPIS) offre une approche qui permet à la fois d’aborder le besoin urgent de services de base et, à plus long terme, de soutenir le développement d’environnements éducatifs plus sophistiqués et plus efficaces.
