Abstract

Les efforts contre la corruption des milieux d’affaires internationaux constituent des composantes essentielles de dispositifs plus vastes de lutte contre les pratiques commerciales entachées de corruption. Ces dispositifs englobent également les mécanismes officiels d’application de la loi, lorsqu’il existe déjà un cadre réglementaire adapté, et la réforme de la réglementation et du secteur public, dans le cas contraire. Le présent document passe en revue les informations liées à la corruption publiées sur leurs sites Web par les entreprises figurant sur la liste de la CNUCED des 100 premières entreprises multinationales non financières. L’objectif visé consiste ici à faire la lumière sur la vision qu’ont ces entreprises des pratiques commerciales entachées de corruption, ainsi que sur leurs propres pratiques en matière de gestion et d’information sur la lutte anti-corruption. Nous avons cherché à répondre aux questions suivantes :
