Análisis sobre el comportamiento inversor de la PyMEs industriales de Mar del Plata en el período 2005-2008

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar comportamiento inversor e identificar los factores asociados a las decisiones de inversión de las Pymes industriales de Mar del Plata en el período 2005-2008. Con tal fin, se realiza una investigación de tipo descriptivo -correlacional- explicativo, desarrollada bajo un diseño cuantitativo. Con información suministrada por un panel formado por 161 firmas encuestadas en los años 2006 y 2008 por el Observatorio Regional Pyme de Gral. Pueyrredon y zona de influencia, se definen tres grupos de comportamiento inversor: permanente (49%), aislado (32%) y esporádico (19%). Los factores asociados a las decisiones de inversión permanente que surgen de este trabajo son: las características innovadoras del empresario, las expectativas sobre la evolución de la economía nacional a la hora de solicitar crédito bancario, el tamaño de la firma y la situación económica en la cual se encuentra la empresa. Además, surge del análisis que la principal fuente de financiamiento de las inversiones es el "autofinanciamiento" y que el acceso al crédito bancario no se asocia a ningún comportamiento inversor particular.
