Diagnóstico de la situación de infancia en Mar del Plata: génesis del proyecto REDES

Abstract

En este capítulo, el objetivo es describir la situación de la infancia en el partido de General Pueyrredon en los últimos años, ya que su reconocimiento ha sido disparador del proyecto REDES. Se presentan mediciones de indicadores básicos de las condiciones de vida de los niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) y la oferta institucional de apoyo, es decir, el nivel de protección social vigente. Se toman como referencia las investigaciones de una de las líneas de análisis del Grupo Estudios del Trabajo (GrET), que funciona en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Sociales. Las fuentes de información son la Encuesta Permanente de Hogares (EPH) y otras fuentes estadísticas oficiales, así como entrevistas en profundidad.
