Una estimación de la demanda nacional de vinos

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo estimar la demanda nacional de litros de vino. Para ello, se utilizaron los datos de la Encuesta Nacional de Gastos de los Hogares realizada en 1996-1997 por el INDEC. De este modo, se busca establecer los principales determinantes de la demanda nacional de vinos. Este trabajo, en consecuencia, realiza un aporte al contrastar empíricamente algunos de los postulados de la teoría microeconómica clásica.
