La imposición en el ámbito de la salud. Algunas cuestiones controvertidas

Abstract

Debido a las deficientes prestaciones de salud brindadas por el Estado o por la mala gestión realizada los directivos de las obras sociales sindicales, los prestadores privados de salud están experimentando un importante crecimiento en los últimos años, Existen numerosas cuestiones impositivas referidas a este sector que no han sido analizadas por la doctrina con la profundidad que la nueva realidad impone, probablemente por ser normas específicas que no se aplican en la generalidad de las empresas comerciales, industriales o de servicios, En el presente trabajo se analizan varias de estas normas a efectos de realizar un aporte doctrinario que pueda ser de utilidad para aquellos asesores impositivos de este tipo de firmas.
