Physical activities are inseparable from various dangers. The cases related to school accidents of extracurricular physical activities is one of the most difficult fields of interpretation of judicial precedent. Leading precedent has not been established yet. The purpose of this paper is to clarify judicial standard which judges legal obligation for school safety by analyzing judicial precedent after 1998.
