Note on the paper resource-constrained project management using enhanced theory of constraints
Abstract
In a recent paper Wei, Liu and Tsai (2002) present 'an advanced TOC method for project scheduling under resource constraints'. In this note we demonstrate that Wei et al. (a) largely ignore the state of the art in resource-constrained project scheduling, (b) do not offer a correct application of the critical chain scheduling concepts, and (c) describe an alternative scheduling approach that is not based on sound arguments.Download Info
