    Abstract

    À la RATP, le projet METEOR tire vers le haut tous ceux qui y participent, et entraîne un surcroît d’adhésion favorisant sa réussite, mais les autres y voient plutôt matière à nourrir leur ressentiment à l’égard d’une direction moins attentive à leur propre sort. Comment résoudre ce genre de dilemme ?
