Dans Ce Papier, on Etudie un Modele de Prise de Decision Medicale En Incertitude et on le Compare a D'autres Plus Traditionnels En Theorie Economique (Choix de Portefeuille Ou D'assurance). Nous Analyserons la Reaction Optimale du Medecin a Divers Chocs Exogenes: Aversion au Risque Accrue, Changement Dans L'etat de Sante Initial du Patient et Amelioration de la Technologie Medicale. on Discute Egalement L'influence de L'incertitude Relative au Succes des Traitements Sur Leur Degre D'utilisation. Enfin, Nous Relions la Valeur de L'information Obtenue a Partir des Tests Diagnostiques au Degre D'aversion au Risque.
