The primary objective of this study is to understand specific effects felt by the households when a member is ill or dies, and the strategies that the households develop to deal with the shocks and stress, particularly for their agricultural production. The present report will present basic descriptive information and tabular analysis conducted. A follow up report will focus on more complex analysis of the basic information, as well as more complete integration of all the data available on the sample households.
