Charter School Authorizers and Student Achievement
AbstractThis paper uses individual student-level data from Ohioâ€“which permits a wide range of organizations to authorize charter schoolsâ€”to examine the relationship between type of authorizer and charter-school effectiveness, as measured by studentsâ€™ achievement trajectories.
