AbstractThis study for the USDA Food and Nutrition Service was conducted to determine existing measures for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program modernization initiatives, including call centers, online systems, document imaging, kiosks, partnering, waiving the face-to-face interview, shortened interviews, and online expedited applications.
