Passing Muster: Evaluating Teacher Evaluation Systems

Abstract

This report addresses the comparison of teacher evaluation systems and proposes ways to achieve a uniform standard for dispensing funds to districts to recognize exceptional teachers without imposing a uniform evaluation system on those districts.
