Abstract

A strategy of exploratory multidimensional statistical analysis about key attributes of banking services is proposed. A static perspective, showing customers evaluation of banking offer as a whole, is followed by a dynamic view, analyzing regional paths across the considered waves, according to the importance and evaluation of the service attributes.
