Abstract

Bu makalede, uzay alaninda isbirligine engel olan baslica uluslararasi düzenlemeler tanitilmis, ABD’nin 2010 yilinda acikladigi ulusal uzay politikasi incelenmis ve uzay alaninda faaliyet gosteren ulkeler acisindan degerlendirilmistir. Ayrica, bu politikaya bagli olarak olusan uluslararasi isbirligine yonelik firsatlar tanitilmistir. (ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH) This article introduces the main international regulations that prevent cooperation in space. The national space policy of the United States, which was announced in 2010, has been reviewed and evaluated in terms of countries that operate in the field of space. Also international collaborative opportunities depending on this policy have been introduced.
