Abstract

This article presents an analysis and benchmarking practice of the Innovation system of the Foral Community of Navarra. It describes the Innovation system of Navarra, compares its situation with that of different countries and regions, and carries out a benchmarking exercise with those European regions that present similar characteristics to Navarra in order to identify referent regions. They will constitute the studied regions in future essays designed to identify leading practices to promote innovation in Navarra.
