Abstract

The UN (Organization of United Nations) established 2011 as the International Year of Afrodescendent. The main part of this work is to analyze treaties, conferences and documents related to the issue in the UN system, as also as in the Organization of American States (OAS), mostly considered as an international regime to struggle against racial discrimination.
