    Abstract

    Este documento es una presentación de Esteban Diez-Roux, especialista principal de Transporte como representante de los Bancos Multilaterales de Desarrollo en el contexto del Tercer Congreso Iberoamericano de Seguridad Vial (CISEV). Este evento facilita el encuentro de los gobiernos en la región para buscar soluciones eficaces, conocer e intercambiar información, compartir conocimientos, además de promover mejores prácticas. De igual forma proporciona el escenario adecuado para promover las políticas institucionales consensuadas con el objetivo de reducir el número de víctimas ocasionadas por circunstancias de tránsito.
