Abstract
This paper analyzes the trends and challenges of competitiveness and innovation in the tourism and telecommunications industries of Latin America and the Caribbean from a strategic and global perspective. This analysis aims to identify the conditions and opportunities for these industries in this context, in particular for small- and medium-sized enterprises and the economic development of the region.
