Gestión financiera de riesgos de desastres naturales para República Dominicana
Abstract
El objetivo del presente documento es describir los principales elementos conceptuales y operacionales utilizados por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) para diseñar y dimensionar una estrategia de gestión financiera del riesgo de desastres naturales en la República Dominicana para el período que va de 2009 a 2013. El elemento de partida, es el análisis de la situación fiscal del país, ya que esta condiciona, en gran parte, las posibilidades y el alcance de dicha estrategia. El análisis muestra una situación fiscal estrecha, que introduce restricciones a la estrategia a seguir, disminuyendo el universo de posibles soluciones.Download Info
