Schätzung der Auswirkungen des Hartz-IV-Gesetzes auf Arbeitslosenhilfe-Bezieher

Abstract

"Das IAB legt die Simulationsergebnisse zu seinen Schätzungen der Auswirkungen des HARTZ-IV-Gesetzes auf Arbeitslosenhilfe-Bezieher vor. Die Simulationen beruhen auf den Haushaltsdaten der Einkommens- und Verbrauchsstichprobe für das erste Halbjahr 20032 (EVS2003). Die Simulationen umfassen den Anteil der nach SGB II bedürftigen Haushalte von Arbeitslosenhilfe-Beziehern (ALHI-HH), sowie Anteile von 'Gewinnern' und 'Verlierern'. Die Schätzungen umfassen die für diese Haushalte nach SGB II vom Bund zu tragenden Leistungen, die von den Kommunen zu tragenden Kosten der Unterkunft und die zusätzlichen Wohngeld-Ansprüche von nicht bedürftigen ALHI-HH. Strukturmerkmale der Bedarfsgemeinschaften werden in einer Gliederung nach HH-Typen dargestellt." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
