Abstract

. Cada vez son más los estudios de eficiencia en atención primaria que introducen alguna variable indicativa de la calidad del producto en sus análisis. Dentro de esta línea de investigación, este trabajo presenta una medida de la calidad total del producto suministrado por los centros de atención primaria españoles viable, de fácil aplicación e interpretación, capaz de ofrecer información sobre la calidad total del producto de la atención primaria y adaptado a las exigencias de los análisis de eficiencia y de los modelos teóricos de valoración de la calidad.
