Abstract

Ett kundvalssystem har införts 2002 inom hemtjänsten inom Stockholms stad.Vilka effekter som detta system har medfört har beskrivits i detta paper.Det visade sig att kvaliten inom hemtjänsten förbättrats;pensioärerna får nu en kvalitativt bättre hemtjänst. De ekonomiska effekterna har ocks studerats. Det visade sig att hemtjänsten blev lite dyrare
