Beslutsunderlag i svenska energiföretag Kalkylpraxis, prissättning och strategier för ledningsburen energi

Abstract

Den övergripande undersökningsenheten har varit energiverksamheternas arbete i samband med att generera och utnyttja internt beslutsunderlag inom området ledningsburen energi. En bild av förädlingsprocessen har växt fram genom att studera energibolag med flera energiverksamheter, med början i resursförbrukningen, vidare till resursfördelningen och de huvudsakliga kalkylobjekten. Denna bild har kompletterats med frågor kring betydelsen av internt genererat beslutsunderlag som underlag för prissättningen av de olika kalkylobjekten. Med detta upplägg skapas en förståelse för hur bolagen arbetar med sina energiverksamheter i dagsläget, cirka fem år efter reformen på elmarknaden. Energibolagen kan genom reformen sägas vara inne i en pågående omvandlingsprocess och därmed har en del av enkäten riktats mot verksamheternas arbete med att anpassa sitt beslutsunderlag till rådande marknadsvillkor.
