Abstract

La Commission a publié le 22 janvier ses propositions en vue du futur « Paquet énergie - climat 2030 » qui seront soumises au Conseil européen des 20 et 21 mars prochain. Elles évoquent la création d'une « réserve de stabilité » pour le marché européen du CO².
