Abstract

Toujours dans un objectif d'éclaircissement, ce texte va proposer une analyse des notions de « valeur » tout comme celle des concepts associés. Il débutera par le concept de « déontologie » avant d'aborder celui de « loi », de « valeur », de « norme », de « règle ». Il proposera ensuite une discussion autour des notions de conformité, de conformisme, de déviance et de transgression avant de revenir sur une perspective plus analytique avec les concepts d'« éthique » et de « morale » et une mise en perspective des logiques éthiques au regard de la normativité.
