Abstract

La notion de tradition sera abordée à partir des arguments suivants : - L'acception culturaliste restreinte de la tradition : tribalisme, clanisme, localisme, terroir et folklore, - Les liens qui sont possibles à tresser entre « tradition » et « connaissance organisationnelle », - La dynamique de la tradition avec le changement par contact : la notion d'acculturation, - Les liens qui s'établissent entre « tradition », « conformité », « conformisme », « déviance » et « transgression », - Et, pour finir, le déclassement actuel de la référence à la tradition.
