Abstract

Citizens twenty-first century should he be interested in demographics? If the answer to this question is negative, no need to go further. However, if we consider the hypothesis of a positive answer to this question, it is worth asking in advance if there are obstacles to the appetite of demographic knowledge. The demographic knowledge appears more than ever in recent history, as an imperative because of the novelty of many changes in populations. In addition, the book demographics lessons essential to understand the world. Finally, it provides valuable knowledge to properly act at all levels in society.
