Abstract

Dans ce texte nous souhaitons nous concentrer sur deux aspects du développement technologique en Russie : 1.Comment les programmes de stimulation de l'innovation s'inscrivent-ils dans le cadre institutionnel de l'économie russe ? 2.Quelles sont les réponses que les acteurs de terrain sont susceptibles d'apporter aux mesures prises par le pouvoir pour stimuler l'innovation ? Le cadre conceptuel dans lequel nous souhaitons placer notre étude est dérivé de l'approche en termes de « systèmes nationaux d'innovation » développé par Lundvall, Nelson et Freeman dans les années 1990 (Nelson, 1993, Freeman, 1995, Lundvall, 2010).
