Abstract

Au-delà de la croissance rapide: Combiner le paradoxe et la logique dominant pour un modèle d'hypercroissance durable Résumé : Lorsque la PME est en croissance rapide, les enjeux qu'elle doit relever sont nombreux et exigeants. Ceci est encore plus vrai pour les PME en hypercroissance, dont le rythme de développement les amène à doubler de taille en quatre années. A travers l'analyse longitudinale et multi-méthodes de la constitution d'un groupe de taille moyenne (600 salariés), nous proposons une modélisation de l'équilibre nécessaire pour que l'hypercroissance soit durable. La combinaison de tensions paradoxales et d'une logique dominante par le dirigeant est nécessaire à l'hypercroissance.
