Abstract

Ce chapitre s'intéresse à l'influence de l'éthique des affaires dans la bonne conduite de l'entreprise et de ses relations avec les parties prenantes (y compris les consommateurs et les clients finals). Il accorde une attention particulière au maillage de la problématique de la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise dans des structures mondialisées à l'aune de la prise en compte de la personne (dans son altérité/réciprocité) et des interactions humaines.
