Abstract

Cet article présente le concept de pôle logistique alimentaire, qui semble avoir un fort potentiel pour améliorer l'approvisionnement des villes en produits alimentaires tout en favorisant un transport durable. Après présenter la notion de pôle logistique alimentaire, les liens avec les plates-formes logistiques urbaines sont présentés. Enfin, des exemples internationaux de pôles de ce type sont proposés.
