Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse à la transition professionnelle subie de personnes à la réputation dégradée : les leaders syndicaux impliqués dans une gestion conflictuelle d'un plan de sauvegarde de l'emploi (PSE). Articulant les cadres théoriques de l'engagement militant et de la perte d'emploi involontaire, le but de cet article est de répondre aux questions suivantes : Comment un leader syndical gère-t-il une transition subie ? Comment s'articulent les tactiques d'ajustement et les ressources utilisées ? Le cadre théorique posé dans une première partie, nous proposons ensuite une typologie de transitions professionnelles connues par ces leaders syndicaux ayant perdu leur emploi, articulant gestion du rebond et mobilisation de ressources.
