Abstract

Les collectifs de producteurs en circuits courts constituent des systèmes agroalimentaires localisés alternatifs participant à la relocalisation de la production agricole et de la distribution alimentaire. Nous proposons une analyse des déterminants et des processus d'émergence de ces systèmes à partir de l'étude de trois cas et en croisant les approches par la construction de ressources territoriales et l'émergence de stratégies collectives locales. Nous montrons que cette émergence se fonde sur deux déterminants (les facteurs conjoncturels et la mobilisation agricole locale) activés par une combinaison de processus entrepreneuriaux et institutionnels.
