Abstract

L'Autorité de la concurrence vient de condamner l'opérateur historique réunionnais et mahorais pour non-respect d'injonction. Bien qu'une telle infraction soit par nature considérée comme particulièrement grave et justifie donc en elle-même la décision, cette dernière résonne également comme un coup de semonce pour tout l'outre-mer, qui fait l'objet d'une activité renforcée de l'Autorité depuis plusieurs années.
