Abstract

La valorizzazione e sviluppo del capitale sociale, inteso come catalizzatore e patrimonio di asset intangibili per l'impresa, ha rappresentato uno dei più efficaci rimedi anti-crisi per le imprese di tutto il mondo che hanno dimostrato di saper far fronte a momenti di seria difficoltà. Sebbene esista da anni una nutrita letteratura sulla possibile valutazione (o meglio stima) di tale patrimonio, più rare sono le evidenze che permettono di enunciare con ragionevole affidabilità quali siano le dimensioni "qualitative" su cui le imprese possono investire, ossia su che cosa puntare nella difficoltà e che cosa consolidare una volta superata la fase più critica1. Alla luce di tale scenario, questo contributo intende evidenziare come l'idea stessa di leadership possa essere ripresa e ulteriormente sviluppata collegandola alle dinamiche di sviluppo e sostenibilità del capitale umano.
