Abstract

Cet article montre, en mobilisant les concepts¬ néo-institutionnels, l'importance de la prise en compte de la dimension sociétale de la performance. L'étude conduite dans une entreprise du secteur de l'industrie pharmaceutique montre que la mise en place de l'ERP SAP R/3 bien que reposant sur des considérations financières et d'or-ganisation interne, répond également à un besoin d'amélioration¬ de la performance sociéta¬le.
