Abstract

La décision d'investissement occupe une place singulière dans la littérature de gestion. Décision éminemment stratégique dans bien des cas , elle intéresse avant tout le champ de la finance. Il n'est qu'à voir le contenu des ouvrages standard dans les deux spécialités pour apprécier la forte tonalité financière du traitement de l'investissement en gestion. Celui-ci correspond cependant peu aux pratiques et à l'impératif d'exercer un contrôle qui ne soit pas qu'a priori sur l'ensemble d'un processus complexe. Au point de vue classique synchronique, et limité dans l'espace, nous voudrions ici substituer une perspective temporelle et spatiale plus étendue afin de mieux comprendre, et par conséquent de mieux maîtriser, la nature d'un acte complexe.
