Abstract

Este trabajo muestra la conjunción de políticas macroeconómicas y políticas de desarrollo endógeno: la degradación económica, la realidad de la pobreza y el papel de las políticas endógenas. Bolivia es un ejemplo de este tipo de conjunción de ambas.
