Abstract

Le passage du capitalisme entrepreneurial originellement innovant, au capitalisme financier inter-national a amené un développement important des associations a priori sans but lucratif et a conduit à la multiplication des pratiques managériales innovantes. La double étude de cas de cet article souligne l'émergence de formes plurielles d'innovations du management associatif. Leur originalité se situe au plan des jeux d'acteurs observés dans le partage des valeurs communes. On peut évoquer une innovation dans le management social lorsque les associations configurent une offre de service marchand. On observe aussi une reconfiguration des frontières institutionnelles de l'association.
