Abstract

Internet devrait insuffler une nouvelle modernité dans le monde du vin. Tant en ce qui concerne l'approvisionnement en crus issus de la planète entière, qu'en ce qui concerne les connaissances que le web marchand pourrait apporter. L'interactivité que permet le média plaide dans le même sens. Fort paradoxalement, dans la dialectique entre le caractère novateur du Net versus le monde plus feutré et plus classique du vin, le second semble l'emporter. La vente de vin a du mal à se départir de cette image.
