Abstract

Un nouveau régime dépassant et le modèle fordiste et le modèle néolibéral se structure empiriquement au cours de nombreuses réunions internationales dont celles de l'emblématique G20 pourraient constituer la synthèse. Ce nouvel ordre du monde s'appuie très clairement sur les États ou les regroupements d'États en vue d'organiser des régulations internationales permettant de contrôler la mondialisation et de promouvoir le nécessaire développement durable. Un ensemble de débats et controverses porte sur l'éventuelle poursuite de la mondialisation que l'on peut synthétiser par une question : quel fonctionnement pour stabiliser les relations économiques internationales ? Le dysfonctionnement global de la régulation par les marchés conduit à s'interroger sur l'avenir du capitalisme quant à sa capacité à assurer un développement durable.
