Châteaux bordelais et viña chilienne : la convergence des modèles

Abstract

Le dynamisme des vignobles du Nouveau Monde, et particulièrement celui du Chili, repose sur une forte capacité à innover. Elle donne l'impression que les vignobles de l'Ancien Monde, et plus particulièrement celui de Bordeaux, apparaissent plutôt figés. Une analyse des modèles sur lesquels reposent ces deux viti-vinicultures montre que la réalité est bien plus complexe. S'il y a bien une différence en matière d'architecture, d'essor du tourisme, ou de manière de penser l'espace, il apparaît aujourd'hui une certaine convergence en ce qui concerne les tendances qui animent les vignobles. Ce sont plutôt des différences d'intensité de tel ou tel phénomène qui se font sentir que des différences de nature, tant les vignobles s'imprègnent les uns des autres.
