Abstract

La globalisation est-elle un atout ou une entrave à la croissance économique des pays en développement ? L'ouverture de ces pays au commerce international accélère-t-elle leur développement ou fragilise-t-elle leur économie dans le contexte du grand chambardement en cours à l'échelle de la planète ? Une des ambitions du colloque était d'apporter des éléments de réponse à ces questions et d'éclairer les choix politiques qui leur sont liés, dans le cadre des pays du Maghreb et du Proche-Orient.
